Thank you for shopping with Borksy. Below is our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect after placing an order.
Shipping Locations
Borksy currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time is the time it takes us to confirm your order, prepare it, and hand it off to the carrier. Shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched.
During high volume periods (holidays, promotions, and new product drops), processing may take a bit longer.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times depend on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and which fulfillment partner ships your item.

These are estimates, not guarantees, because carrier delays can happen.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping option.
Any free shipping promotions will be shown clearly on the website and at checkout.
Carriers
Orders may ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional delivery partners depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Split Shipments and Multiple Packages
Borksy works with multiple fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages, sometimes on different days.
You will receive tracking for each package when available.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned or delivered incorrectly, we may not be able to offer a refund for shipping costs. If the package is returned to us, we can help reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it or change the address.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
• the damaged item
• the packaging
• the shipping label
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please:
• check around your delivery area and with neighbors
• confirm the shipping address on your order
• contact the carrier for delivery details
If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist. While we cannot guarantee outcomes for carrier-related losses, we will work with you on next steps.
